Consignment Services

I sell a fair amount of consignment here at Oliver & Co., and I work hard to stay on the same page with my consignors when accepting items.

My rate is 50/50* and reflects the services provided. This can include, but is not limited to: picking up your item, cleaning it, making small repairs, marketing and listing your item for sale, storing your item, holding appointments with potential buyers, paying income tax on sales amounts, and paying sales tax to the state.
Consignment allows sellers to benefit from Oliver & Co.’s established audience, marketing channels, and years of selling experience.

Items must come from a smoke-free and clean home. I cannot mitigate smoke and this includes weed.
I focus primarily on items from the mid-century era. Looking over my social media is an easy way to see the style of items I am confident selling. If you are unsure, feel free to send me a picture in an email and I’ll let you know.

Payment methods for consignors include payment by cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal.

*A note about rates: It is uncommon that this rate would change, but if you have a particularly high-end or desirable piece we can discuss this further to ensure both sides are happy with the outcome.
